Excluding survey related data, all other contents are rightfully owned and operated by the developer of this website. However, in the making, the following open source libraries/frameworks were used.
django
Django is a Python-based free and open-source web framework, which follows the model-template-view architectural pattern. It is maintained by the Django Software Foundation, an independent organization established as a 501 non-profit.
jQuery
jQuery is a JavaScript library designed to simplify HTML DOM tree traversal and manipulation, as well as event handling, CSS animation, and Ajax. It is free, open-source software using the permissive MIT License.
Bootstrap
Bootstrap is a free and open-source CSS framework directed at responsive, mobile-first front-end web development. It contains CSS- and JavaScript-based design templates for typography, forms, buttons, navigation, and other interface components.
Popper.js
Popper.js is a positioning engine, its purpose is to calculate the position of an element to make it possible to position it near a given reference element. The engine is completely modular and most of its features are implemented as modifiers
Font Awesome
Font Awesome is a font and icon toolkit based on CSS and LESS. It was made by Dave Gandy for use with Twitter Bootstrap, and later was incorporated into the BootstrapCDN.
Animate.css
Animate.css is a cross-browser plug-and-play CSS animation library for delightful animation in websites and web applications.
We openly thank all the open source contributors for making said libraries.
Associated parties
It is important that you understand the difference between this website and the survey-related content. The ownership and rights of this website completely belongs to the developer himself. The ownership and rights of the survey completely belongs to the Schedular dev team. The aforementioned parties are completely different parties with different goals and priorities and as a result, they will be treated as such. The parties may have the same members but they are recognised differently.
Terms and Termination
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any prohibited or unlawful act. By a way of exmaple and not limited to, you agree not to:
- Provide fraudulent information when requested.
- Use the services as a mean to conduct any prohibited or unlawful act.
- Modify scripts in an attempt to bypass security.
In the event that you are caught violating the terms, the developer will take measures to stop the mischievous act and if needs be,
terminate providing the service to aforementioned violator.
Upon termintaion, your
account data will be wiped from the server, however any data related to your
survey will be withheld. This is due to the fact that the data is used by Schedular dev team to model their neural networks. Withdrawing said data will cause a massive setback in their operations.
Data usage
You must understand that your account related data and survey related data are different types of data. Consequently, they will be treated differently.
Your account related data will not be shared with anyone. It is the developer's utmost priority to secure that data.
Your survey related data will not be shared with anyone but the Schedular dev team.
IN THE EVENT OF A SECURITY BREACH, NEITHER THE DEVELOPER NOR ANY PARTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPER(SCHEDULAR) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LEAKS. THE PARTIES SHALL TRY THEIR BEST TO PREVENT ANY EVENT AS SUCH FROM HAPPENING BUT IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT THAT IT DOES HAPPEN, THE AFOREMENTIONED PARTIES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
